1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 0tk10 ("0tk10", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://0tk10.io and related subdomains. 3 Account Registration

Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as your own activity, regardless of whether you authorised it. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

0tk10 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. At any point — particularly before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold — 0tk10 may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Submission of fraudulent or altered documents will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

0tk10 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in your account settings at the time of the request.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 0tk10 wallet within 60 seconds of successful confirmation from the payment provider. 0tk10 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system outages. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and confirmation that no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. 0tk10 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever operationally possible.

4.4 Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.4 Bonus Validity

Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. 0tk10 is not obligated to notify players individually of expiring bonuses.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game result being displayed or processed, 0tk10 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and refund stakes to the player's account balance. No player shall have the right to retain winnings resulting from a manifest error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0tk10 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
